Late last year President Elect Donald Trump met with leaders in the technology world to try to ease some of the pre-election tension and comments he made.
One concern for the tech industry pre-election was that if Trump won the election he would rewrite the existing trade deals with countries, causing instability in the market. Hopefully some of those worries have been settled now as a result of a meeting between Trump and Leading tech bosses and companies with the likes of Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, attending. Other major companies included bosses from Google, Apple, Oracle and Facebook however no one attended from Twitter.
In the video below from the New York Times, President Elect Trump asks for tech companies input for new trade deals as well as trying to crack a few jokes, only a handful of which were actually funny.
